Plot
1930s Bulgaria. A small mining town in the interwar period. Ian Bibian (14) is a disobedient boy from a poor coal miner’s family, always skipping school and causing mischief around town. Everyone knows him as a trouble-maker, but no one seems to notice that his only friend is his dog, Woofhound.
